Police in Rivers State, Nigeria, have arrested a native doctor and three accomplices for the ritual murder of two 7-year-old children. The suspects drugged the children with a substance called Black Bullet before killing them and collecting their blood. The police found the victims' blood in a bottle along with the murder weapon. Authorities have assured the public that justice will be served.
