Multnomah County's Homeless Services Director, Dan Field, is retiring on June 16, amid a $104 million budget shortfall. The county faces instability in its homeless programs as it seeks additional funding from the state and regional government, after it was revealed that one-time funds were used to cover ongoing services. Deputy Director Anna Plumb will serve as interim director.
