Missouri man arrested in Kentucky for reckless driving and imprisoning woman in his car.

Skylar Isaacs, a 27-year-old Missouri man, was arrested in Kentucky for reckless driving, driving on a suspended license, and unlawful imprisonment. The arrest occurred on Interstate 24 after reports of a vehicle being driven recklessly with a man and woman inside, the woman trying to exit the moving car. Isaacs allegedly continued driving after the woman asked to be let out following an argument.
