Man arrested for allegedly using social media to solicit minors for sex and drugs in Southern California.

Saul Alfaro, a 37-year-old man from Panorama City, was arrested for allegedly using social media to offer drugs, alcohol, and solicit sex from minors in Southern California, including the William S. Hart Union High School District. The arrest, made by Homeland Security Investigations and the Burbank Police Department, follows an investigation that identified several victims as young as 12. Authorities are seeking additional information from the public to identify potential victims.
