Miguel Castro Freitas has been appointed as the new Creative Director of Mugler, taking over from Casey Cadwallader. Freitas, with over 20 years of experience at luxury brands like Yves Saint Laurent and Dior, will start on April 1. Danièle Lahana-Aidenbaum, Mugler's global brand president, praised Freitas for his deep understanding of the brand's DNA. Mugler, known for fragrances like Angel and Alien, is owned by L'Oréal.
