Starting March 31, non-folding e-bikes will be banned on London's Tube and rail services to enhance safety after a series of fires involving these bikes on transport systems. The ban, announced by Transport for London (TfL) and Mayor Sir Sadiq Khan, includes standard cycles converted to e-bikes. It aims to protect passengers and staff, and was supported by the train drivers' union Aslef.
