Interstate 29 in Iowa to have rolling closures this week to replace power lines damaged by a blizzard.

Parts of Interstate 29 in Woodbury and Monona counties, Iowa, will face rolling closures this week for up to 20 minutes at a time to replace power lines damaged by last week's blizzard. Closures begin at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday near Sergeant Bluff and 9:30 a.m. Thursday in Monona County. The Iowa Department of Transportation will use message signs for advance warnings and the Iowa State Patrol will manage traffic.
