In a late Monday night crash in Hutchinson, Kansas, a 61-year-old woman, Helen Blevins, died when a Dodge pickup truck crossed the center line and hit her eastbound Buick SUV. The pickup's 37-year-old driver and a 29-year-old passenger from the Buick were seriously injured. The Kansas Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the pickup crossing into oncoming traffic.
