A healthcare worker in Ireland, Eldhose Yohannan, has avoided prison after admitting to sexually assaulting a teenage girl and a woman while taking blood samples in a hospital. Yohannan, a phlebotomist at the Regional Hospital in Mullingar, touched the girl's bare breasts and the woman's vaginal area outside her clothing. He paid €10,500 in compensation to the victims. The judge suspended a three-year sentence, with conditions including probation for 18 months and treatment for sexual offending.
