Glasgow approves plans to transform old docks into a new eco-friendly neighborhood with 304 homes.

Glasgow City Council has approved plans to transform the derelict Graving Docks site, unused for nearly 40 years, into a new neighborhood with 304 energy-efficient homes. The project by New City Vision includes park space and leisure facilities and aims to meet housing demand and regenerate the riverfront area. Once completed, the majority of the site will be transferred to community ownership.
