Father arrested after abducting daughter from school bus, she found safe in Spokane.

An 8-year-old girl was found safe after being abducted by her father, Reginald Kinsey, in Spokane County, Washington. Kinsey, who violated a protection order filed against him for allegedly assaulting his daughter, took her from a school bus. The girl was located at a downtown Spokane plaza, and Kinsey was arrested for kidnapping and violating the protection order.
