Dodge County resident with a criminal history identified as hit-and-run suspect in Monona parking lot crash.

Monona police identified a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban owned by a 39-year-old Dodge County resident with a criminal history as the suspect vehicle in a hit-and-run crash on March 16. The SUV struck an unoccupied parked vehicle in a Monona Drive parking lot. The owner was cited for failing to stop at the accident scene and is out on bail for other charges. Police credited community assistance in the investigation.
