The High Court has allowed developer Derryroe Ltd to challenge Dublin City Council's refusal to extend planning permission for an apartment complex at Herbert Park, set to expire in October 2025. DCC claimed insufficient "substantial works" were completed at the site. Derryroe argues the works done and planned are ample and that DCC failed to consider recent progress. The company seeks to overturn the council's decision.
