Delhi High Court notices Atishi, an AAP leader, over election win challenges citing corruption.

The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to Atishi, an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former chief minister, over a petition that challenges her recent election win in the Kalkaji constituency. The petition, filed by Kamaljit Singh Duggal and Ayush Rana, claims Atishi and her team used corrupt practices during the election. The court has also notified the Election Commission of India, Delhi Police, and the returning officer of Kalkaji. The case is set for further hearing on July 30. Atishi won the seat by 3,521 votes.
