Connor Pennell, 28, was sentenced to nine and a half years in prison for raping and harassing a woman despite a restraining order. Evidence including baby monitor footage saved on his phone led to his conviction for rape, harassment, and voyeurism. Pennell, who previously faced charges for battery and strangulation, will also be on the Sex Offenders Register with an indefinite restraining order.
