A Chicago driver was arrested after being stopped for driving the wrong way on US-131 in Kalamazoo County.

A 35-year-old Chicago driver was arrested in Kalamazoo County after being pulled over for driving the wrong way on US-131 at around 1 a.m. The deputy used stop strips to disable the vehicle when the driver ignored stop signals. The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and possessing illegal drugs. No injuries were reported, only damage to the vehicle's tires. The individual is awaiting arraignment.
