BW Offshore sells FPSO vessel BW Pioneer to Murphy Oil for $125M, with additional ops services.

BW Offshore has sold its FPSO vessel, BW Pioneer, to a subsidiary of Murphy Oil Corporation for $125 million. An initial payment of $100 million has been received, with the balance due by the end of Q2 2025 upon fulfillment of contractual terms. Additionally, BW Offshore will provide five years of operations and maintenance services under a new contract.
