Delhi court orders response on British man's plea to alter bail conditions in India deal case.

The Delhi High Court has asked the Enforcement Directorate to respond to a plea by British citizen Christian Michel, who is seeking changes to his bail conditions in a money laundering case related to the AgustaWestland helicopter deal. Michel wants to waive the requirement to provide a surety of Rs 5 lakh and surrender his passport, arguing he has no familial ties in India. The court has set the next hearing for April 22.
