Blackstone has made its final all-cash bid of £489 million ($633.2 million) for UK's Warehouse REIT, a 4% increase from its previous offer. Sixth Street Partners has withdrawn from the bid. The offer values the company at 115 pence per share, a 39.6% premium over its closing stock price on February 28. Warehouse REIT's board is evaluating the proposal, which includes the company's third interim dividend. Shares rose 2% following the announcement.
