Asheville police are searching for 42-year-old Keithan Deshun Whitmire, wanted in connection with an armed robbery and assault at an apartment on Bartlett Street. Whitmire, charged with felony break-in, burglary, and assault with a deadly weapon, is described as a 6'3" black male weighing 190 lbs with multiple tattoos. He fled the scene after assaulting two victims and taking their phones. The public is asked to contact Asheville Police Department with any information on his whereabouts.
