An 11-year-old autistic girl was mistakenly identified as a 20-year-old woman by police and admitted to a New Zealand mental health facility. She was handcuffed and given antipsychotic medication before being released after 12 hours. Health NZ has apologized and launched a review into the incident, which Mental Health Minister Matt Doocey called unacceptable.
