The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is proposing the Resilience 360° Program to enhance grid resiliency by providing backup power to businesses through on-site natural gas units or battery storage systems. TVA seeks public input on the environmental impacts of this initiative, which allows them to use excess power from these systems.
