Texas A&M hosts free virtual workshops on backyard chickens and egg grading in April.

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is hosting two free virtual workshops: 'Backyard Chicken Basics' (March 31-April 4) and 'Egg Grader Training' (April 22-25). The workshops cover chicken management, breeds, nutrition, health, and egg grading according to USDA standards. Topics include egg quality, washing, and storage. These are part of a seminar series by AgriLife Extension and the Texas A&M Department of Poultry Science.
