Teens Tashshawn Lyons, 17, and Jarvis Hinton Jr., 16, arrested for murder of 18-year-old bystander at Georgia park.

Two teenagers, Tashshawn Lyons, 17, and Jarvis Hinton Jr., 16, have been arrested and charged with murder and other offenses in connection with the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Justin Etienne at a Newton County park in Georgia during a "senior skip day" event. Justin was an innocent bystander. The Newton County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident, which they believe was an isolated event between the suspects and the victim.
