Prasanna Sankar, co-founder of tech firm Rippling, is involved in a legal dispute with his estranged wife, Dhivya Sashidhar, amidst their divorce proceedings. Sankar accuses Dhivya of infidelity, filing false police complaints including rape and kidnapping, and abducting their nine-year-old son. He claims to have been cleared by Singapore police of Dhivya's allegations. A US court ruled in his favor regarding their son, but Dhivya has since accused him of kidnapping, leading Sankar to flee with his child. The Chennai police are assisting Dhivya in locating her son.
