Suspects arrested for kidnapping man to fix car sale paperwork, threatening him with a gun.

In North Charleston, Jacob Lucas and Kristeena Bosarge were arrested for kidnapping after a dispute over a car sale. The suspects handcuffed a 51-year-old man to his car and threatened him with a gun, forcing him to go to the DMV to fix the paperwork. Once there, the victim called the police, leading to their arrest. Lucas faces additional charges for weapons possession, including as a felon.
