The St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a woman found unresponsive in a hotel room at a Best Western in Port St. Lucie, confirmed as a homicide. Cleaning staff discovered the body at around 11:05 a.m. on Monday. A man who checked into the hotel with her is a person of interest in the ongoing investigation.
