Shawn Mooney, 37, was arrested in Lebanon, New Hampshire, after a fight outside the local winter shelter where he allegedly hit one person in the head with a hammer and tried to gouge another's eyes. Mooney, who was on bail for a previous arrest, was charged with multiple offenses including second-degree assault and felony possession of a dangerous weapon. Victims were treated on site, with one taken to the hospital.
