School lockdown in Australia after students assaulted staff; additional arrest for a parent.

A violent incident at Armidale Secondary College in Australia led to a lockdown on March 25. Two students, aged 11 and 13, were arrested after allegedly assaulting school staff and another student. A 34-year-old woman who arrived during the incident was also arrested for verbally abusing staff and police. Four staff members were injured and received medical attention. The two girls were released pending further investigation, and the school offered support to students and staff affected by the incident.
