Montage Gold partners with African Gold to develop Côte d'Ivoire's Didievi gold project.

Montage Gold has partnered with African Gold to develop the high-grade Didievi gold project in Côte d'Ivoire. Montage will acquire up to a 19.9% stake in African Gold by issuing up to 2.19 million common shares worth approximately C$6.3 million. Silvia Bottero from Montage will join African Gold's board. This collaboration aims to boost the development of the Didievi project and explore further growth opportunities.
