Missouri employee sues state, alleging favoritism in tech contracts worth $53M to WWT.

Missouri employee Rodney Rice filed a lawsuit against the state's Office of Administration, accusing it of violating procurement laws to favor technology contracts to World Wide Technology (WWT), which has received $53 million from the state in the past two years. Rice claims WWT was given unfair advantages and that he was demoted after raising these concerns. WWT and the Office of Administration have not commented.
