Militaries and NGOs work to remove dangerous unexploded Vietnam War bombs found in Quang Tri.

Residents in Vietnam have recently discovered several large unexploded bombs from the Vietnam War while digging and during construction. Specialized military teams and NGOs, like the Mines Advisory Group, are working to safely remove these bombs, which pose risks to local communities. Quang Tri province, in particular, has been heavily affected, with unexploded ordnance causing over 3,400 deaths and 5,100 injuries since 1975.
