Kansas governor signs bill expanding "Move Over" law to protect roadside vehicles and workers.

Kansas Governor Laura Kelly signed a bill expanding the state's "Move Over" law to include all vehicles with flashing hazard lights on the side of the road. Drivers are now required to move over or slow down when passing these vehicles, enhancing safety for drivers and roadside assistance workers. The bill, known as Senate Bill 8, was approved unanimously and aims to reduce accidents involving stalled vehicles.
