Judges recuse from Tamil Nadu's TASMAC corruption case to ensure impartiality.

Two Madras High Court judges have recused themselves from hearing a case where the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation (TASMAC) is challenging raids conducted by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The ED raided TASMAC's headquarters, alleging a ₹1,000 crore scam. TASMAC claims the ED violated federal principles and harassed officials. The case will now be heard by a different bench to ensure impartiality.
