Despite the US withdrawing from the Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP), Indonesia's clean energy goals continue to receive support from other partner countries. Japan and Germany are now leading the initiative, which has secured $1 billion in guarantees from multilateral development banks. With commitments worth $1.1 billion for 54 green projects, Indonesia aims to phase out coal and fossil fuel plants within 15 years, moving toward a net-zero emission target.
