China's GWM has introduced a turbo-diesel engine to its Tank 300 off-road SUV, competing with models like the Toyota Prado and Ford Everest. The 2.4-liter engine boosts towing capacity to 3000kg and is offered in Lux and Ultra variants, priced at $47,990 and $51,990. The interior features a high-tech, luxurious cabin similar to petrol and hybrid versions. GWM expects diesel models to make up over half of Tank 300 sales.
