Ghana's minister criticizes AirtelTigo's sale and reveals NITA's severe financial mismanagement.

Ghana's Communications Minister, Samuel Nartey George, criticized the sale of AirtelTigo for a dollar, despite the company's 3.5 billion Ghana cedi debt. He also revealed that the National Information Technology Agency (NITA) has only 25 Ghana cedis in its account and owes 813 million Ghana cedis. George accused the former administration of diverting NITA's revenue to a private entity and plans to investigate the financial mismanagement.
