Frank Nifon, 26, sentenced to 25 years for fatally shooting two men during a drug deal in Oregon.

Frank Efrin Nifon, 26, was sentenced to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to fatally shooting Jamahl Nash and Stanafurd Blacknall in Milwaukie, Oregon, on October 12, 2022. The shooting, linked to a drug deal, involved 17 shots fired at Nash and Blacknall as they left a 7-Eleven store. Nifon, recently released from prison, also received an additional five years for an unrelated weapons charge.
