Former Nigerian security adviser Sambo Dasuki re-arraigned on $87M fraud charges in Abuja.

Former Nigerian National Security Adviser Col. Sambo Dasuki and three others were re-arraigned in an Abuja court on charges of N33.2 billion fraud. The defendants face 32 counts of criminal breach of trust and misappropriation of public funds intended for arms procurement against Boko Haram. Despite multiple delays due to bail issues, the trial is now scheduled to resume on July 1 under Justice Charles Agbaza.
