Father of two, Roger Bagnall, killed by a police car with active sirens in Birmingham.

Roger Bagnall, a 40-year-old father of two, was killed when he was hit by a police car responding to an emergency call in Birmingham on March 19. The Independent Office for Police Conduct confirmed that the police car's sirens and blue lights were active at the time of the collision. Bagnall's family described him as a beloved partner, dad, brother, and son. The IOPC is conducting an independent investigation and has asked for witnesses to come forward.
