Delhi's Chief Minister Rekha Gupta unveiled a budget focusing on women's empowerment, allocating Rs 5,100 crore for the Mahila Samriddhi Yojana. The scheme will provide Rs 2,500 monthly stipends to economically disadvantaged women. Additionally, the budget includes plans to install over 50,000 surveillance cameras to enhance women's safety across the city.
