David and Cassandra Dekker of Cleveland lost their 16-year-old home to wildfires, escaping with only minutes to spare due to their granddaughter's alert. They have lost countless memories and possessions, but are grateful to be alive. Staying with family and receiving clothing donations, they remain positive and plan to rebuild, looking forward to creating new memories.
