Christian James Michel, a British citizen involved in the AgustaWestland money laundering case, has petitioned the Delhi High Court to modify his bail conditions, specifically to waive the Rs 5 lakh surety requirement and passport surrender condition. The court has asked the Enforcement Directorate to respond and set the next hearing for April 22. Michel claims he cannot provide a surety due to his lack of familial ties in India.
