Body found on Harwich shoreline presumed to be missing man Edward Osborne; identification pending.

Edward Osborne, a 43-year-old from Framlingham, Suffolk, was reported missing on January 14. His car was found in Ipswich three days later. A body was found on Harwich's shoreline on March 14 and is presumed to be Osborne's, pending formal identification. Searches were conducted by Suffolk Police, Suffolk Lowland Search and Rescue, and HM Coastguard. Osborne's family has been notified, and he was known as a "silent unsung hero" and lead guitarist in a local band.
