BNParibas and Goldman Sachs will manage the stabilization of Arena Luxembourg Finance's €300m Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes, starting March 25, 2025, and ending no later than May 4, 2025. Similarly, FNAC Darty SA will have a pre-stabilization period for their EUR 7YR securities from March 25 to May 1, 2025, managed by several banks.
