A 20-year-old, Ben Ruddock, has been sentenced to 13 years in prison for the manslaughter of 34-year-old Lloyd Velasquez, a father-to-be, after an argument over an e-bike. Ruddock will serve two-thirds of his sentence in prison and the remainder on license.
