The Bakersfield Police Department is searching for 19-year-old Andrew Morgan, who is at risk due to mental health issues. Last seen on March 23 at 10 p.m. in the 5500 block of Rivulet Run Court, Morgan is a Hispanic male, 5'10", 114 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing blue jeans, a red hooded sweatshirt with a black logo, black socks, and no shoes. The police ask anyone with information to call 661-327-7111.
