Invesco Ltd has disclosed holding a 1.92% stake in American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings Inc (AAM), amounting to 2,276,817 shares, purchased at $4.45 each. The stake disclosure is part of the U.K.’s Takeover Code rules, which require transparency for stakes over 1%. Invesco also disclosed a similar stake in Dowlais Group plc, related to the cash offer for AAM. No voting agreements or derivative deals were reported.
