School ordered to apologize after tribunal found it discriminated against student with ADHD and dyslexia.
St Joseph's Catholic School in Port Talbot, Wales, must apologize to a 15-year-old student, Kian Mills, after an Education Tribunal Wales ruling found the school discriminated against him due to his ADHD and dyslexia.
The tribunal concluded the school failed to provide necessary support and instead punished Kian over 250 times with detentions, exclusions, and isolations.
Kian's parents now home-educate him.
