Four teenage boys were arrested in Cavan, Ireland, after a stolen car was found with items from recent business thefts in Cavan and Monaghan. The arrests were made by armed police during a routine patrol. Three of the teens were released pending a youth diversion program referral, while the fourth remains in custody. The car was reported stolen earlier in Dublin.
